Sounds like someone has some anger management issues, but then again, we are talking about Chris Brown here. Apparently he didn’t take too kindly to a fan snapping a photo of him in Miami and he snatched the fan’s iPhone and drove away. This is a whole new level of crazy.

According to a local Miami CBS station, Brown is facing charges of Robbery by Sudden Snatching. It’s an odd name for the charge, but it fits the description of the incident quite well. Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle released this statement today:

Can we all make a collective pact as a society and an industry to stop enabling Chris Brown? Every word out of his mouth (and his Twitter feed) supports the evidence that he is just a terrible human being. After significant backlash concerning his appearances at the Grammys on Sunday, Brown has essentially told his detractors to “Fuck off.” Classy.
